Blondie

Blondie

Another week, another yummy dessert. This week's dessert was a blondie topped with ice cream and deliciousness. My family would order this when we'd go out to eat and bring home to enjoy. Now we don't have to do that.

Step one: In a large bowl mix butter and brown sugar.

Step Two: Add in eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

Step Three: Whisk dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step Three: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Blend well.

Step Four: Add nuts and white chocolate chips.

Step Five: Put mixture into baking dish and bake at 350.

Step Six: While baking blondie prepare topping. Mix the ingredients together: butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.

 😻😺🙀Mishaps are my favorite 🙀😺😻

I should have baked it for a few more minutes. The middle sank. It's always something, but it's fun to learn from them. I hope the mishaps never stop coming. What fun would that be?

This time my "little helper" was working behind the scenes with production.
