This week the recipe was a cookie recipe I've never baked before. The family really wanted cookies, but I wanted to try something a little different. So, I went with chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips. It turned out delicious.
Step one: In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients together: flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
Step Two: In a large bowl mix together the wet ingredients: butter, an egg and vanilla extract. Beat together until well mixed. Then slowly mix in the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Step Three: Stir in the peanut butter chips. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake.
😻😺🙀Mishaps are my favorite 🙀😺😻
This time my little helpers were going to help with the cleanup.
